REST TO REWILD
Womens Retreat
A journey back home to yourself.
Here, we do things differently.
Less doing - more being: In a world that glorifies the hustle, we invite you to slow all the way down—to step out of the noise and into nature’s rhythm. This isn’t a retreat for escape; it’s a return—to yourself, to your essence, to the wild and creative wisdom that’s always been there.
On the untouched shores of Sumba Island, rest is a ritual, nature is the guide and rewilding is the journey.
For the women who crave deep exhales, slow mornings, a rested nervous system, deep appreciation for their body and the barefoot freedom to move with the rhythm of the land and nature—this is your invitation.
The Land That Holds You.
Sumba is not just a destination—it’s an experience. A wild and untamed Island where time moves with the tides and ancient traditions whisper through the trees. Just a short flight from Bali, yet worlds away from the hustle, Sumba is a land of raw beauty and deep-rooted wisdom. Far from the ordinary, this island is a portal—to presence, to wonder, to a way of being that feels like home.
Here's what's included:
From the moment you step off the plane onto Sumbas soil, you can deeply relax knowing that everything is taken care for you.
-
All inclusive stay at the natural paradise of Ngalung Kalla. It is situated on the southwest coast of Sumba and spans 250 hectares of oceanfront and foreshore adventures.
Extensive gardens throughout the property provide us with as much nourishing food as possible from the land. And a multitude of hiking trails surprise and delight adventurers.
-
A day prepared as medicine for body and soul incl. Non-alcoholic beverages.
The team of amazing ladies cook up all day long to keep us fueled for any and all adventures. Food is primarily vegetarian with lots of seafood from the surrounding waters. Think fresh, light, and locally sourced – with portions large enough to keep you sustained and satisfied for the day.
-
Hosted by the facilitators Muriel & Nina: Think (Womb) Yoga, Cycle Embodiement, Dance, Cacao, Ayurvedic rituals, fire ceremony.
-
Time & space for deep rest (connection) for creative exploration and that will unlock deep rest and transformation.
-
One special day will take us beyond the retreat space and deeper into the heart of Sumba visit a traditional Sumbanese village + the most breathtaking secret waterfall on the island .
We’ll visit a traditional Sumbanese village, where ancestral wisdom is present in everyday life. Here, the Marapu spirit is alive in the architecture, rituals, and warm hospitality of the island’s people. Experience a way of life where nature sets the pace and traditions are alive in every heartbeat.
Then, we follow the call of the wild—to the most breathtaking secret waterfall on the island. Hidden deep within the lush landscape, this sacred place is where earth and water meet in pure, unspoiled beauty. Swim in its crystal-clear pools, cleanse in its cascading flow, and feel the energy of the land move through you.
This is a day of deep remembrance—a return to nature, to simplicity and to the roots of what it means to be alive.

Founder of Wild Women Wellness Club
As a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic health practitioner in training, and a visionary with a wild heart, Muriel envisions a world where women are free from judgment, comparison, perfectionism, and the belief that they are "too much" or "not enough." A world where women find love, acceptance, and celebration in their nature, their bodies, and the cycles within and around them—for themselves, their loved ones, and the greater world. She found this passion through her own journey of healing, and brings to her work a radiant warmth, intuitive wisdom, and an open-hearted presence that makes others feel instantly seen, safe, and held. With a spark of playfulness and deep reverence for each woman’s unique path, Muriel lovingly guides others to remember their innate wholeness and to return home to themselves.
Rooted in Ayurveda, guided by intuition, and infused with a whole lot of heart—Wild Women Wellness Club is a sanctuary to simply be, to celebrate, and to remember.
A space for women to return to their nature, reconnect with their inner rhythms, and awaken the wisdom that already lives within.
Two women, one mission: to help you drop the hustle, drop into your body, and remember the wild, creative magic that’s been there all along.
Nina and Muriel weave ancient wisdom with real-talk, soulful practices with a good dose of humor — creating a space where deep rest meets belly laughs and sacred rituals don’t take themselves too seriously.
