After experiencing shame, suppression and pain with her periods and with ‘traditional’ contraceptive methods, Nina felt a great disconnection from her body.

Through her studies as a naturopath, yoga teacher, and women’s cycle coach, she developed a deeper awareness and attunement to her physical and feminine essence.

She now helps women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies by understanding the biology of their natural cycles and aligning with it!
